Staff used to be friendly and you could have a bit banter with them but last couple of weeks staffs attitude is all wrong especially the wee dark headed one that is usually at till needs to go on course for how to talk to customers.

Staff always friendly. Asked for help to one employee locate a product. Colleague took me over to the location.
