Customer service 1/10. Items put on shelf in the wrong place by worker yet I get the blame. Person behind the till didn't seem to know the difference between soup and a drink.

Walked in 30 mins before closing and the staff were all talking on the headmic and talking loudly it was very unprofessional. I then got to the self checkout where i scanned all my items and asked for my Young Scot discount and they refused to give it to me as the PASS logo had peeled off the card but this is a known issue... read full comment
