Very helpful customer service when I rang the bank instead of going in. I had to wait in a phone queue, but not for too long. Pleasantly surprised, having read all the negative reviews. Online chat was not helpful, however, as the information I was given was wrong. I am glad I decided to persevere by phoning instead.

Waiting times are ridiculous and they forgot I was here so served someone else in front of me . Been here an hour now .Several bank staff standing around directing people to tables why aren't they actually serving people !Only one bank in the city
