Despite being at restaurant at 5.45pm, we still hadn't received our mains at 6.50pm. We left , paying for starters, water and 2 glasses of wine (we changed from having a bottle, as we saw service was slow, but ended up being GLACIAL). The food was good but the experience was nowhere near what you would expect for a restaurant in this price bracket. I sent the below as private feedback and was offered "a complimentary round of drinks & 10% off your bill, if you visit again". I let them know that I didn't think this really amounted to a fair adjustment... read full comment
