Really needs to be refurbished - everything very worn and dirty ?.

I used to love this cafe back when hot chocolate Milano was still a thing. The luxury chocolate is not luxury at all also they were out of whipped cream on a Sunday afternoon (seriously?). The bathroom was filthy and service slow (probably understaffed). I am over this cafe now, too bad.

Went in on the 20th December with my dog, asked for a tiramisu latte and a puppuccino. I paid £1.10 for the puppuccino and expected it to be whipped cream like before but I was given a small cup of cold milk?? with some coffee in it. I went up to the counter to query this and got plenty of bad attitude from both staff... read full comment
