Very dirty, toilets leaking, liquid soap bag hanging from its box, dust everywhere, simply unkept, unloved, uninviting. Used to be one of my favourite places but too dirty now.

Exceptionally poor service. My son and I arrived at 4.30pm for Christmas Eve drinks aware of the 5pm closing time.We were served by an extremely rude member of staff who gave no eye contact and told us that the drinks would be served in takeaway cups.
