Absolutely abominable… A place to spoil your morning.
The main complaint is about the service coming from the staff. The level of familiarity met is shocking, do you treat your guests as guests or as something else?

Popped in on day out in Edinburgh on walk back to parking. Got pistachio iced latte. Was so happy to find out it’s dog friendly ?

What rude staff!!!! Arrived 15 minutes before closing, waited to be served while staff tried to fulfil a large order. Twice we were told that they close in 10 minutes yet they don’t take our order. Obvious the staff don’t care about customer service or profits ….. So I left to find another establishment
