Trainee barista was rude and service is not her skill set. Cup wasn’t even close to filling the cup

The interior is too dark. Could do with brightening up. The staff are great, but again, the interior lacks a welcoming embrace.

I have used this Cafe Nero many times throughout the last 2 years. The service is always quick, the staff is knowledgable and most importantly it is always clean.
