Reserved an item and then it got sold to somebody else. I got misinformed that I can collect it within 2 hours after the shop's been opened. The only thing I got offered was "apologies", but no responsibility taken. I get it's a charity shop but I just don't trust to buy anything there anymore. I

Shop is nice but not the old lady manager. She is arrogant and careless.
