Been coming here for more than 10 years and never had too much of a service problem until this branch decided to employ lourdes(i believe shes filipino).
Very unfriendly,rude,abrupt,doesn't understand English properly and needs you to repeat it at least 3 times. Doesn't smile and doesn't have any manners.
