Sick & tired of going into the pharmacy here & prescriptions not being ready despite receiving 3-4 days prior direct from the doctors surgery. Furthermore, do not mind waiting in a queue as fully understand how busy they can be, but I expect my wait to be acknowledged & eye contact made - they may well be qualified pharmacists... read full comment
