I went in with good intentions of an exchange/refund for an item that simply didn't fit, only to be met with a very ill-mannered and disrespectful manager who was of no help. Incredibly rude staff. Absolutely shocked a charity for vulnerable children and young people would employ such rude and disrespectful people, Don’t think I’ll bother with the store again, would advise the same for everyone.

I use to work there they needed me for the hard work and they fired me after that so bad inviroment and their stuff broken and dirty since disappointed
