Catastrophic business banking experience. I've had conversations with them like: "Sir, you should have replied to the email we have sent you". Me: "That email said 'Do not reply to this email".They literally can't add 2+2, let alone do banking. You've been warned.

The staff is really helpful. When I couldn't open my bank account online after many attempts, Mrs.Shannon helped me in opening bank account within a few minutes. Would definitely recommend the Morningside branch over other branches.
