terrible customer service will never be back

Really, really slow service! The bank needs to increase the number of tellers dealing with transactions or train the staff better. We had to wait 10 minutes at the desk for a small amount of change to be counted for a bill payment and when the teller was challenged she felt it necessary to keep back chatting a customer.... read full comment
