Abysmal change at Barclays!! While this new branch may well tick all the boxes at Head Office regarding what they THINK a modern streamlined branch SHOULD look like....it is far from workable. It's not as if the reduction in the number of tellers is a wage saving for them, as they now have several low skill base monkeys... read full comment

Barclay's has been my UK bank for a fair bit of time now, nearly 9 years if i want to be exact. I've persevered with them as i felt like i got fairly good service (bar one incident where they lost a cheque i was trying to deposit) and they were one of the few banks that were not bailed out by the government back in 2008... read full comment
