I was misfortunate enough to pick up my medication whilst dealing with the death of a close friend and was told by a staff member to go back home. I live in Shetland and find the attitude of the person involved absolutely disgusting and they are not fit to work with the public.

I have used the services of this pharmacy many times. I always received help and quick service. I will not add a fifth star for leaving many restrictions on contact with the service from the times of the Covid'19 pandemic.
