Very poor and disappointing. Actually went into the branch this morning armed a death certificate for my Father to close his account. Despite the entire branch being completely Empty, I had to try and make an appointment to close his account. After 40 years with branch watching it go from a bank with tellers dealing with transactions to a drop in centre for wasting your time I’ve decided to open an account with other bank which hopefully still operates as such ,X
