Got a free 3 day pass though due to work commitments only managed one day. Have not been to this gym(or any for that matter) for 8 years but I enjoyed my experience today getting a good hour of cardio done on the stepper,rowing machine and treadmill Rocky style with blood sweat and tears! Lol. Plenty of equipment to use...
