I was at the post office today and pat with pink hair really went out her way to help me with a parcel I was sending to Australia amazing service

Went to get my new passport organised this morning and I can't fault the staff. One of the ladies was new and I was asked if I minded if she does my form etc as she was just learning. Which was fine with me. Both ladies were great.
