I’m not happy with nationwest building society at Carnegie Ave, Pitreavie.I am deaf and I went there to discuss about saving statements. Was speaking to a lady who’s called Stacy and she gave me awful attitudes. Never go back to speak to that lady again, she had me anxious. I would like to speak to a manager please...

Despite the stress of trying to use the online site, when I visited the East Port branch I was very pleased with the staff. Welcoming, helpful, cheerful and efficient. If the branch was closer I'd rather visit than do anything online. We'll done East Port Dunfermline branch.
