Queuing difficult. Post office queue runs into shop queue. People get irrate as they think you're queue jumping.

When I use this service I find I wait for up to at least 5 minutes to be attended to even when I’m the only customer present and there are staff who see me waiting. Perhaps a bell would be helpful.
