Spent 30 minutes talking to someone just to get telephone number of Dunfermline branch, could not be done!!!

I am really upset on thier behaviour i don't think so virgin money is a good banking system if it is they need to hire a new staff and give them proper training to deal costumerI go for at least 7 to 8 times for open a bank account every time they say to sit and wait after 1 to 1 and half hour they say we are really sorry... read full comment
