“i like this branch of the royal bank of scotland. the staff are very knowledgeable. What impresses me here is that when there a queue they bring out extra staff to work through the queue dealing with anything that the counter staff don't need to do - good peice of customer service. They have two counter areas - with the upstair one for higher cash transactions. there is also an are for customer services which is away from the queues so pople waiting can't hear you discussing your business. also have private rooms for discussing finances as well.”
