Just wanna give a huge thanks to a certain young man named ethan that works here not sure of last name but he was such a caring young man asking me daily how i was etc and asking for my mum who was sick and also said if anything needrd help wih let him know very well brought up young man. Thanks.

I am absolutely appalled to find out that the one convenience shop in a hospital does not have a procedure in place - especially during COVID lockdown - where I can buy things over the phone to have sent up to a ward for a patient - I live 50 miles away and they said that they couldn't take payments over the phone for me... read full comment

Young staff in retail outlets are frequently disappointing/apathetic, but the staff here (Thursday evening visit) are absolutely fantastic... Incredibly helpful, scrupulously polite and absolutely top notch customer service. Raise/bonus due Mr WHSmith. Hand in pocket, yes?
