Looks a bit haggard outside but inside was perfectly fine, room was clean and looked recently decorated. Only gripe was the Limited amount of coffe and tea in the room but can ask for more so not a big deal. Had to get more towels on arrival as the room wasn't reset properly but again another trip to reception sorted.
