Need to have more staff serving on a sat urday afternoon ..i was in a queue behind 4people and at least 5 behind me and one young girl serving .tring her best to get to every body ..its a lottery day also the weekend were its busier .she ran the bell 3 times to get help and no one came to help till the 4th ring ..
