Royal mail tracked parcel delivery a complete joke, no card left , no attempt to deliver, but says we were not in, we were in, outer door was open plus there is a service button. You should update your opening times on here it states on here open till 4 but got a taxi to there at 12.15 to collect mail thats been withheld to find it all closed up with notice saying only open 8am till 10am what a waste of £13.00 taxi fare for nothing .
