After the 10th Aug I will no longer be shopping in morrisons service poor staff don't know what they are doing recently brought item on ebay for delivery to morrisons for collect plus never had a problem until yesterday when member of staff refused it the member of staff said I picked wrong option but everything was correct

Compared to the Spar up the road, the customer service here is rubbish, I find it rude when they have a conversation over your shoulder whilst serving you without really engaging with you at all. The older guy throw items at you with an attitude undeserving for a paying customer and they’ll often let the que grow too... read full comment
