Shop is mostly self service. Whilst there are tills, staff members walked away from me/the till area as I approached them (obviously wanting to avoid any risks of me actually wanting served by a shop worker). Staff stood in the middle of the shop chatting whilst I struggled with packing my bag as I had only one hand free.... read full comment
