I went to pick my parcel today and was refused by the elderly lady as i tried to explain Evri does not need a barcode she was rude, not apologetic wasted 10 minutes of my life and was advised to come back. The shop is holding my parcel. I am disgusted by the utter service i have received and i am not happy to be treated...

The staff are great with customers very welcoming and polite, very clean and nicely layed out and in my opinion best little shop and they can teach alot if other little shops how it should be done!!!
