No visible signage or way to identify where the dhl office is

Called to ask about dundee branch. Told yes bring Parcel in we can send it. Get there after costing alot in taxi fare ..to find the shop looks like a b.mb hit it and they have no scanners or anything to send parcels etc. Very poor service.
