Is this Virgin Money or still Clydesdale Bank? Every time I go into Dundee Branch with my Virgin Bank Card they seem to have a meltdown. To think someone is paid millions to run this bank that cannot answer calls within 30 minutes. Says everything out the banking sector

Little dissatisfaction with the bank, transferred money, went without a hitch only to be told 4 days later that there was a problem and they left a message asking me to call them. Looked up the number on their website, both numbers listed not in use. Now having to make a journey back into the branch to find out what the... read full comment
