Terrible service, they can never help with advice always tell you to contact your doctor even when it’s a minor issue. Recently Iv had enough so I’m looking for ways for it to be picked up on so they can improve there service as it’s not really a helpful store at all and iv been around ever boots. I am trying to check whether my prescription is ready.. no one has answered phone for two days, just going onto engaged. I have walked along to pick up prescription ( does Boots close for lunch now??)to find door locked and a note saying Pharmacist is absent from premise. This is shocking.
