Appalling customer service. I was the only person in the store & was completely ignored by all employees for several minutes. Surely someone stocking shelves could stop & take care of customers if others are busy?

Customer service is ridiculous and the staff's attitude is very poor. Service is very slow.sadly giving the company a zero while other boots stores in Dundee a bad reputation for customer service and ignorance towards the public.
