I needed a new hinge for a bathroom cabinet which was approx 3 years old. Didn't have the receipt, but was told in store that wasn't an issue as they had our order on file. They couldn't say if I could have the hinge under warranty and gave me a customer service number to call. The person on the phone was very helpful... read full comment

SPENT TWO WEEKS TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ON SPARES FOR BATH TAPS HAVING SPENT THOUSANDS ON A BATHROOM WITH THIS COMPANY - CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR AND THERE AFTER SALES DEPARTMENT DID NOT BOTHER TO COME BACK TO ME
GUESS WHO WE WONT BUY FROM AGAIN
