Trying to track an apparently misdelivered parcel over the phone is impossible - the automated system asked me to read out the Tracking No - but when I do is incapable of recognising the letter N, so I go round in circles getting absolutely nowhere.

People are nice but when you call the number you cannot speak to a human just an irritating robot, regardeless of what option you choose its always the automated thing.
