Terrible opening times, understaffed, unhelpful, I’ve gone there 3 times to open an account and every time there’s been a different problem, I still haven’t been able to open one. Go to a different bank if possible

Wrong position. Also this is the Bank of Scotland not the RBS at 101 High Street.
