Previously a 5, however customer service disappearing. Queues at few till check outs that are open. Trying to push us to self service which is not suitable for all.Staff that are at the tills are excellent.

Baked potato was as hard as rock skin inedible. Presentation was poor with a handful of salad leaves on the side. I was hungry so ate the inside of the potato but it was very dry and hard Service was good, drinks arrived on time
