Waited 2hrs for a delivery to get emailed to say they attempted delivery and card left. No card left at my address so obviously at wrong address. If Royal Mail drivers can’t get correct address they shouldn’t be working doing deliveries. Can’t pick it up without card and needed urgently

No phone number. Lazy. Online service useless. £300 package lost right before Christmas and can't get a hold of a human at my local branch to help me.
