Why they can't change the pending time on the website ...shop is very rarely open at 8.30am its always "when the pharmacist arrives" usually after 9am very poor service when it does open

Not a good service what so ever. Often medications are out of stock, or they take over a week to get URGENT medications to patients. The shop is dark and dreary, understocked and over priced. Staff are few and not very helpful.
