Returned a faulty handdbag which cost me £15 , was shown a notice by member of staff that said items had to be returned within 2 wks if you change your mind . Manager was rude. My 19 months toddler opened a box with a cheap toy and the manager very rudely told us that we need to buy it. We would have bought it anyway but her lack of manners made us decide this was the last time we are shopping or donating at Barnado’s Dalgety Bay.
