I bought a ford focus zetec car, within 3 days it had a gear box issue. They took 3 months to tell me the issue and deduct £1500 from my paid ammount once i asking money back. Now its back to sale in there web page...Once i asking service team they told me that they will repair gear box and they won't mention in service...

Phone up wanting my clutch done on an older Focus. Still waiting on the call back. Like most, fall over themselves until they get the cash out of you for a car sale then not interested afterwards.
