If you work between the hours of 9-1500 you have no access to this bank. Have to take unpaid hours to get my banking done if I require to speak to someone. Shambles

Shocking experience with a woman wearing red and sitting down at the computer today. Came across very patronising, never listened and kept jumping over me saying "let me speak," she was horrible.The issue was I made a card payment online to scottish power and they took 2 payments.
