We drove about 60 miles to attend the funeral (celebration of life) of a friend's mother. The service was lovely, including the music, as was the buffet lunch in the church hall. Nice people.

This is my home town, up until the last year or two it was very run down, possibly due to workplace closures, but iv noticed quite a bit of regeneration in and around the town i.e. new supermarkets and a facelift to nearly all the high street shops.
