I have been a few times and have recenty changed over to collect my own perscriptions here. Only ever seen the staff being very friendly even when very busy. Just my experiences. Even given a child's badge for being brave with my man flu (I'm 50!!!! Gotta appreciate the cheeky humour there)

Was in today and wont be back as the attitude of one of the female staff was the worst I've ever experienced. She was also rude to and elderly gentleman before she served me. Looks to me like she is in the wrong job. Wish I knew her name as it would be mud by the time I'm finished. She was the oldest looking lady there...
