Took a large parcel, they refused to post it. Shop worker says parcel was too big as it was a Saturday and parcelforce wouldn’t collect until Monday….. parcel was only a largish box

Looked up opening times online and posted within the actual post office. Went there and it was closed and was angrily told by someone sitting in the dark being the counter that is was always closed at this time. The sign directly in front of me said otherwise as did the online information.
