They closed down the Anniesland branch a few years ago although it was very well used ..... now I have to travel from here to Clydebank and wait in the inevitable long queues .....staff pleasant enough but nowhere near enough on the counters to deal with demand ..... and to add insult to injury later on the day of my visit... read full comment
