I have banked at this branch for many years. Tried to call. Made 5 consecutive calls. On hold, then disconnected. Total of 81 minutes. How do you get to speak to anyone if no one answers phone?Can’t even send an email requesting a call back.First call made at 1444 hours, branch now closed.

Went in to cash in bags of coins but can't do that at the counter even though there was no one else waiting to be served,

The staff are very friendly and I find that all of them go all out to help.I kept the staff way past their closing time while they tried to solve a problem for me (they did) to a point where one staff member (lovely friendly guy) had to rush out to catch his bus. I rate them highly 5*
