Been to collect Yodel parcels twice, same member of staff both times. He is rude and difficult. Made me keep returning to the back of the queue so he could keep serving petrol customers. Demanded I told him what size the parcel was and what it looked like - being a vinted parcel on both occasions I had no idea. Was annoyed... read full comment

Staff unhelpful.Useless service for trying to collect/send parcels: told no printer for my label then went back again to collect parcel 2 days later and told I couldn’t collect it as system down!
