Why do they not answer the telephone on a Saturday, when they advertise they are open from 9.00am -12.00. Missed off one of my medications.

Once again stocking shelves was more important than three customers waiting to be served. The only staff member serving was stuck with a customer, figuring out what medications had been ordered and when. It doesn't appear to be a happy place. No doubt I will suffer for this review ?

Sent a family member to collect a prescription.. they could only get part of it as pharmacist was away to lunch.. at least 4 other people were turned away for wanting something from pharmacist at this time.. surely there should be something in place to ensure this sort of thing does not happen after all its not just a... read full comment
